I’m happy with it overall. The size makes it convenient to move from room to room, which is basically why I bought it in the first place. It’s still sorta heavy, but not enough to be a big issue.

I picked this up for my lower back pain after seeing a bunch of people say it worked really well for them. Setup was easy enough, and I did feel a little relief right after using it, but it didn’t last long before the pain came back. I bought a powerplate thinking it was going to feel like a real upgrade and be worth the extra money, but i’m kind of underwhelmed. The machine itself does work, so it’s not like it’s broken or useless or anything. I’ve used it for quick workouts, warm-ups, stretching, recovery after leg day, and even just standing on it while doing simple squats or calf raises, and it does what it’s supposed to do. But for what it costs, I expected more. Like maybe better accessories, clearer setup help, more workout guidance, nicer app support, better instructions, or at least customer support that felt a little more premium. Compared with other fitness gear I’ve bought, like adjustable dumbbells, resistance bands, a rowing machine, and even some cheaper vibration plates I’ve tried, this just didn’t feel like the best value. It’s not terrible, and I’m still using it here and there, but I wouldn’t say I’m super impressed or that it feels worth the price

The plate works fine overall and I do feel mostly safe using it, but it wobbles a bit on my floor. It’s not terrible, just kind of frustrating because I expected it to feel more solid. I almost felt like I kept getting passed around between trying to adjust it and figuring out if it was my floor or the plate, but in the end it does the job.

The return process itself was easy, which I appreciated. The refund did take longer than I expected, but it eventually showed up. As long as a company handles things fairly and follows through, that means a lot to me.

It does what it’s supposed to do, but, even on the low setting, the vibration feels a little too intense for me. Might be fine for some people, just, a bit much in my experience.

Not a dealbreaker, but I’d definitely recommend checking everything right away when it arrives.

I like using the app overall, and it does what I need most of the time. The only thing that gets frustrating is that it sometimes freezes in the middle of workouts, which can really throw me off. It’s not a dealbreaker, but I’d feel a lot better about relying on it if it was a little more stable.
